ST ELMO COURT
circa 1950
St Elmo originally operated as a hotel until the 1990s, serving as a hospital during the war from 1943 for the d-day landing rehearsals. The hotel was torn down and rebuilt as 17 flats in1990s. The building is maintained under the supervision of St Elmo Management Company, with at least 3 directors nominated from the owners.

VISITOR INFORMATION
St Elmo Court is a beautiful set of 17 apartments nestled behind North Sands in Salcombe with stunning sea views, tropical gardens and a heated outdoor swimming pool. On-site parking is available for one car per apartment. Salcombe town centre is a 20 minute walk along the coastal Cliff Road providing panoramic views of the estuary.
