Parking
As St Elmo has 21 parking spaces, 1 per flat plus 4 visitor spaces, there is a limit to 1 car parking space per flat.

Visitor parking – please minimize visitor parking and keep to less than 12 hours continuous duration.

Parking on top car park is restricted to vehicles weighing less than 2 metric tonnes.

Swimming Pool
For insurance purposes, only people staying in St Elmo are allowed to use the pool.

Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

No glass in the pool area.

Take rubbish back to your flat for disposal.

Sound easily carries up from the pool, so please be considerate of other residents.

Please don’t reserve garden furniture in the pool area with personal belongings.

No swimming after dark.

The pool is treated weekly whilst open on Fridays – a notice on the gate indicates the hours when the pool is closed for treatment.

 

Dogs
Dogs should be kept on leads within the St Elmo grounds.

Please clean up after your dog – the nearest dog bin is on Beadon Road (turn right out of St Elmo, straight on at the hairpin turn, 30 metres on the left).

Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

Paddle Boards and Canoes
Paddle Boards and Canoes/Kayaks should not be stored in the flat blocks but kept in the garage or on cars

 

Balcony
Please keep balconies appearance tidy and do not hang laundry or wetsuits over the balustrades/balcony walls.
